Hello all! I've been missing for a long time from thsi space because I was too busy with the dance production we had on 16th Dec 2011 at RP TRCC. I wanna thank my family and friend who bought the tickets from me and coming down to RP to support me. Greatly much appreciated. :) Now that the dance prodcution has come to an end. I have to start studying. I'm left with 2 months to prelims and less than 5 months to exams. I CAN'T afford to slack anymore!

Hello! How was your day off at home on a Monday? Its a public holiday so most of us don't have school or work!

I've been home for the past two days. Geez... I've been nua-ing too much! I'm supposed to be studying for my HRM test coming Wednesday! However, the morning started good. Mummy went to Malaysia for her performance event this morning and will only be back few days later.

I can say this this year's scariest halloween make up goes to BOK JU EN! Ju en, Shaun, Melissa and me went over to Holiday Inn to get the alcohol and usually if we go get liqour, we have to go through the carpark and then to the shop. One of the passerby uncle got scared when they open the door to get in. WAHAHAHAH!!! It was hilarious, my friend even have to say sorry to them.

And Shaun freaked out one of the lady at the shop. SO FREAKING FUNNY CAN!

Shaun, Melissa and Ju en came over to my place to do make up and seriously they did a freaking good job! Shaun and his stictches and he even helped Juen to do it on her face.

Tessa came back to Singapore last month finally after 3 years! She's a lucky girl. Together with her Canadian friends, they went on an Asia Trip together. They went to Taiwan, Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong then back to Canada. How I wish I have enough savings to do that!

Anyways, Sg's got not much stuff to do other than eat and party so I had to bring them to party at Phuture. Called up a few close friends to party and also a post celebration of Shaun's Birthday.

Ladies Night at Butter Factory is the bestthing ver. We had free flow of drinks. The whole night was cranberry vodka, Lime vodka, beer and more beer. We girls have to help to queue several times just to get the guys the drinks! The night was fun but not drunk enough though.

sigh... That girl now is back in Canada.

Last month Chitra and me worked at Bachata Festival and while working, we get to watch the whole Bachata competition and seriously, I fell in love with it! I love bachata songs!! and I think I can shake my butt like theirs when they move!

Went for my first ever Bachata lesson under Vince and Jo. I watched their performance during the Bachata Festival and they are just so amazing! You should go on to YouTube and check out their performances!

Bachata steps are pretty easy but I'm still not at the close-hold level yet. Too shy luh! WAHAHA!

Fright Night 2011

Halloween is this coming weekend! Are you going to dress up this halloween and party the night away?

I'm pretty sure I'll be doing that this year and celebrating JunGuang's birthday. One stone kill two bird. WHY NOT? I almost typed "one bird kill two stone" -_- The salsa girls will be there too. Its always a annual thing whereby we will say we want to dress up on halloween and roam around the streets but it never happens. I'm serious! No kidding. Its been years... I've done that with Shilei, Angelis, Sijia, Charmaine, Mei Mei, Boon Yen and etc. We always talk about dressing up together and scare people till they pee their pants... However, its either they are not free or they can't make it...

This year Halloween we gonna make it an exception yea? Let's dress up and scare people till they pee in their pants!!!

Last saturday was a blast. Teamed up with my besties and head to FRIGHT NIGHT 2011 organized by our UOL SRC people. This was my first experience and it was good! THUMBS UP to the people who took time to organise and set up the trail with so many ghosts and many mission to complete.They held it at Dairy Farm Adventure Camp which makes it even scarier! Those of them who went to Sentosa, Night Safari, 13 cells said our UOL Fright Night is still the best! Even though they say last year was even scarier.

We had to complete 5 games, watch horror flim, get our pictures taken and have some refreshments before our turn... It took quite awhile but it was so worth it. Oh ya. Before the walk, JG offered Nim Jiom pei pa kao candy to all of us, just a prevention to get sorethroat from screaming too much. LOL can!

The whole time Ju En was like grabbing my arms with all her strength cos the poor girl was scared shit! Even though the ghosts are not real but I was still scared! Screamed like crazy especially the room whereby they have ghosts dressed in white with long black hair crawling on the floor. THAT STAGE WAS SCARY SHIT! Ju en and me screamed like mad!! And as if its not scary enough, there was lightnings and was gonna rain. The whole atmosphere was scaryyyyyy!

The last stage was the maze whereby we had to go in pairs so I went with JG and being the braver group we ran and I screamed when I see ghosts appear out of nowhere but we were FAST. Seriously I think the ghost also got shocked by my scream cos we ran very quietly and suddenly appear. HAHAH! I think I scared the ghost instead. The funniest thing was JU EN AND SHAUN! Just by hearing their "scared shit" screams can crack me up!! Just by thinking of it now makes me wanna laugh out loud! WAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!! WAHAHAHHAHAHH! By the end of the scary walk, I think I burned a lot of calories! I didn't know getting scared can make you sweat so much.

I'm looking forward to next year's Fright Night already! LOL!

Redang Day 2

So, its been a month plus, er...almost 2 months, since my trip to Redang and here Day number 2. It good that my friends been there before and know the people there and they actually brought us to extra snorkelling trip. We had a fast breakfast and went straight to renting snorkel masks and life vest.

The thing that I love most while travelling is breakfasts like this!!

Anyone wanna go for brunch buffet soon?

Right after dinner we went over to rent our snorkelling gears. You just have to pay this once and you will be able to rent for the whole of your stay. :) GOOD DEAL!

When we swam back to the shore, my snorkelling mask got caught in my hair and I accidentally dropped it. LIKE FUCK! The wave came at the same time, they had to go look for it while I waited helplessly. WHY AM I SO FUCKING DUMB!

They couldn't find it so I had to rent another one. It was damn shitty luh! :( Missing mask will cost me RM80! We didn't inform the person yet and we went to board the boat to another island.

I removed my life jacket with the help of the guy there and count of 1,2,3 he pushes me down and take the shot. The first few shot of mine was really bad!!! cos I suck in a lot of air when I go down and my face was like puffer fish. IT WAS HIDEOUS!

Its been a long day...

School to set up the booth to sell our Union Di Ritmos tickets with the two pretty juniors and pooja. Pooja and me had a hard time carrying the tables from the new wing to the atrium. IT WAS HARD WORK MAN!

Left school early to meet up with Boon and Shaun. Entire process was 2 hours and after which we popped by Junguang's workplace at MBS to give him a surprise visit and also go take a look at branded stuff...

By the time we were there, he was on the MRT going home already. -_- WASTED TRIP!

A very unflattering picture of me at home. But I did it. I did a split!!! I dance since young but I don't remember doing any split or whatsoever. For couple of weeks/months, I've been trying to stretch more cos I really want to do a split and finally.

I DID IT!

I need to stretch even more!! This is not a perfect split yet. I need to force myself down some more and to do this I have to warm up first.

Two months of classes just passed like that. I didn't even notice that it already the end of Oct and coming November. Production is this coming 16th December and we are still trying to finish the choreograph and perfecting it. So many things to be done but I believe we can do! With so many awesome dance groups from other school collaborating with us. Im sure the production will be a blast.

I will be selling tickets in school tomorrow outside atrium from 12pm onwards.

I hardly fall sick but once I catch a flu and it will continue to worsen to a sorethroat then a cough. And this is what is happening to me now. I just popped some pills, ready to knock out anytime because its some drowsy med. Having a little migraine on the right side on my temple and also flu and sorethroat.

Argh... All thanks to my sister! She was the one who passed the flu to me! I need to get well by tomorrow morning. Long day tomorrow! couple of lessons together and then dance after that.

Finally after 2 years plus, I removed all your pictures from my FB page and it's good. It shows that I'm getting rid of you and moving on. It's a long slow process because it's a 5 years r/s and people always say you'll take half of it to really move on. Im almost there... Even though right now I don't know how to love someone yet or maybe the right one is still not here yet. I'm sure one day I will start loving someone again.

I'm just glad I can be independent without having to rely on anyone. Some people after break up can just get anyone to replace the old one but I'm not like that and I'm proud of it.

There were so many times when you asked me out, I'd thought we had a chance to get back again. But I was wrong, these thoughts were generated just because I thought of the times we were together back then... And when I think it over, you're not my mr. Perfect anymore.

Friends who are going through this process. Be strong. I know it hurts and all but one day you'll realize, you're so over it.

Salsa En Soul Bonding Session

Staying home on a Sunday is such a pain. I'm too used to travelling all the way to Tai Seng every Sunday for rumba lesson but now there is no need to. I FEEL SO WEIRD! I try to keep myself busy and I did so many things today. I vaccummed the floor, changed my bed sheets, made oreo banana milk shake, did my Aunty's make up and hair cause she had to attend this wedding dinner, watch a movie and till now it's only 8pm. It felt like 10 or 11pm already but its not!

So now, I took some time to sit down and blog. I miss blogging frequently but as you know my laptop is lagging ttm and usually I'll get too fed up to even blog. Hopefully my pink vaio listens to me today.

I'm so happy that the salsa people are bonding and I really enjoyed their company a lot. With the production coming up, we will get to spend more time together, biting our lips and go through all the tough trainings together. To be honest, the trainings now are still quite slack, I'm looking forward to a more intense trainings so that I can actually burn some fats and hit my 50kg target first. Just look at the way I eat, you'll know why I'm so heavy. sigh.

We had a performance on Friday for our school's function and it was a mad rush doing hair and make up for the girls, changing and everything. I had to replace another girl's step instead because she was unable to perform and to balance the whole positioning, I had to learn the girl's step in a short period of time. Phew.. Thank god I managed to pull it off dancing with my left hand is so weird when I'm a righty.

After which we get to eat the buffet, look at the huge plate of foood that I took. :P

Head off to a social night at Jitterbugs till almost 1am. Almost everyone was there and the junior came too. That night was the best night ever. I paid $5 and had so many dances! It was good and I sure did sweat it out. I'm so going to social more often. I wanna learn more styling and try to do shines!

Good thing I have Roy and Jenn to send me back home without having to take a cab home which will cost a bomb. :)

Yesterday was superb with the salsa clique.

We had practice in the afternoon and while waiting for the others to finish their trainings we had quite a long free time. Alwyn fetch us to find Shermaine's costume for her D&D and back to my house cos forgetful me I forgot to bring my purse. -__-"

And guess whatl. Doug's car got stalled and no one had the wire to start the car. We waited for quite long and finally some stranger happen to have it and lend it to us. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. This never happened before. Alwyn team which consist of Shermaine and me are like the rescue team can! ALL WANT TO SIT ROY'S OR DOUG'S CAR ONLY. Lol..

Off we go to Ben and Jerry's @ Dempsey Road... Half of the people wanted ice cream and the rest went to Le salsa to drink instead and we join them later.

Yes yes yes.. Its been a month since I updated my blog. There are so many things to update but I just didn't have the time and my laptop is JUST SO LAGGY! Everytime I try to upload picture it will just hang or whatsoever and I will alway give up blogging. Argh!

Ever since my last day at Kellyservices, I had so many stuff to do!

I went to my 4D3N Redang trip, came back to sg and straight away at night, there was a dance practice.
Performance at Zirca on 1st Sep was a blast then the next day 5D trip to Malaysia again.

Phew! Now I'm back. H&M store open.

I'm jobless.

I've got so many stuff to update! I spent the whole day on korean dramas and I'm watching two shows at one time. geez. KOREAN DRAMA ADDICT. Tomorrow another free day! I'm gonna make myself useful! Send the emails I have to send, reply email, start reading books and recall Rumba step(I can't remember a single step! I'm so dead)

Alright. gonna catch up with my korean dramas. I will try to update my Redang trip tomorrow.

Last Day at Kelly Services

Last Thursday was my last day at Kelly Services after working that for 2 months plus as a receptionist. To be honest, I was kind of reluctant to leave the company cause everybody there are just so nice! Over the past few months, I gotten a lot of treats from them and it was all good food. hehe! That explains why I call B&F, Big & Fat instead of Banking & Finance.

Working there is so convinient too, so many hawkers and foodie places around, just the perfect place for a food queen like me to work.

That morning I had a special delivery that totally made the day. :)

A delivery man came to the desk and asked for Allycia. Usually I'll sign and get the things from him and pass to Allycia but this time he specially asked for her. So, I went to call her and they did their stuff and the delivery man suddenly called my name and passed the bag to me. I was stunned for a moment and went like "HUH?" for a few times before I knew what was going on. Allycia had a good laugh at me for being so blur.

That bag was for me. :)

I got cheated.

The other day Karen asked me if I got any nice perfume to recommend, I told her Lanvin was good and I have been wanting to buy and I told her to go try it out and see if she likes. Now then I know it was meant to be a surprise for me. AWwwwww... THANKS GUYS!

My blog is becoming food blog. All I can update is on FOOD. I have been posting almost all my delicious meals pictures to my FB and since then people say I eat a lot and spend all my money on food. Zz. Some even scold me for making them hungry. LOL.

Anyways, dance training’s timing was pretty sucky last Saturday.

One to one training for the person in charge of that item and I had to be at training at 1-3pm. And there’s ladies shines training from 7-9pm. I had a whole 4 hours of break in between. Alwyn happen to be coming to get stuff and also pass some stuff. He drove Jerold and me for lunch at Holland Village.

Daddy came to drove me to town to meet up with Shawn and his friends for a dinner at Cuscaden Patio Cafe & Pub. I was starving then and we had wedges and chicken wings. The chicken wings were okay.. not as fantastic, somehow taste like ikea's wings.

Luck this year was bad for me with my grandma passing away a week before my exams and certain thing weren't going well. I really hope next year will be a better year. Please please please give me more luck in the coming year.

Last Thursday I had a impromtu lunch date with my Charmaine. =)

She happen to be around Raffles Place and she was very nice to travel to Tanjong Pagar to have a quick lunch with me at The Soup Spoon. Before she came I went to Frost Bite to get my fav GREEK yogurt Ice cream with Oreo and got two cupcakes, one for Charmaine and one for Boon yen later at night when I visit her at work. :D

WE NEED MORE BLOOD DONORS!

According to the doctor that I met when I was there at HSA for the check up, she said most of the batches are GIRLS. C'mon where all the manly guys?? All too afraid of needles. We girls are stronger than you all!

Went to donate the previous day after work together with Sijia so it was an excuse to have good food.

Breakfast was fresh milk with cheesecake.

Lunch was Ramen Culture and Joey was very nice. SHE TREAT US! This ramen is so much better than AJISEN. I love the eggs for Ramens cos it like normal egg from the outside but inside is like half boiled. SUPER YUMMY!

Its been a year plus since I last donated blood so I was kind of worried. LOL. But it turn out fine. so yea. Nothing much to be scared of.

I've been to Ikea upteem times and this is the second time that i had the famous Swedish meatballs. No kidding. The first time was with Tiara and her family many years ago. I don't usually go to Ikea for meals and I would just eat the ice cream and hot dogs.

Monopoly Deal on National Day with fireworks

How did you celebrate National Day this year?

For me it was just a simple meet up with some good friends and just slack the whole day away dressed in red with white polka dots, It quite disappointing that not all Singaporeans are dressed in red and white. Oh well... My mum even wore british flag top on that day. -___-" I scolded her.

Anyways, I was in the train and I saw this lady. EPIC!

This is a bad bad bad reputation of SIA girls. HAHAHAHHAHA! She looks like ATB to me. Probably she just bought this costume from some Chinatown shop and wore it out on National Day. EPIC CAN!

Its the National Day month so all the musuems have free entries to Singapore or SPR. We wanted to visit one of the museums but it was too packed and the queue was MADNESS! SO yeap, decided to skip that idea and went for our leapak day at Starbucks.

Guess what was I doing?? I was actually airing my armpits. WAHAHHA! fucking humid day.

To be honest its been a long time since I had the whole day to myself as I have been working and dancing during the weekends if you have been reading my blog so National Day was like a perfect day with nothing on and just chill over at Starbucks at One Fullerton from 2 til 8pm just to wait for the fireworks. It may seem like many hours but with good company, good food and a fun game, it lasted for 6 hours. Monopoly Deal was really addictive and you just can't seem to get sick of it.

When I was in Bangkok 2 years back, I drank their Thai Iced Milk Tea every single day cause it was so good and they had hot guys selling them so it was extra yummy! I think the type of tea leaves they use are not those like lipton or those normally found in Singapore, they are more orangey. i must go check out what kind of tea leaves they use then maybe I can make myself at home. ;p

Thinking a little bit too much

It almost 1am now and I should be in bed instead of sitting in front of my laptop. Maybe I slept a little too much? Maybe I realise that my results are coming out in exactly 9 days and that I'm too worried to even sleep. Maybe I watch a little bit too much korean and taiwanese drama whereby they found their other half and made me a little envy and a little emotional?

Suddenly there is so many things in my head. I've been very busy lately that kept my mind occupied and when I finally have the time alone at night when I get home, I knocked out on my bed. LOL. Finally, today I had a day to myself without having to care about anything just stay home and nua on the bed watch all the drama series and do whatever I like and now I end up stressing up bout every single thing! Why do women think so much??

Ate a little too much that I still feel blated now. I mopped the whole house and I actually practiced my dance steps for awhile. Usually I wouldn't even do that but I have to, I suck at rumba and it is so hard to dance without a dance partner and the steps are pretty much confusing to do it without a partner. Geez... Maybe I just suck. I should go back to salsa and girls hip hop. It is so depressing and all I can blame is myself for not practicing enough and I gotta be more serious with rumba classes. NO MORE PLAYING SUEANN! You've got a lot of things to catch up! The steps, the arms styling and the countings!

Almost everyone found their own partner and some are getting married very soon. I'm very happy for them and I'm so excited bout being their bridesmaid and all. Should I be worried bout myself now? Its been 2 years since the breakup that I don't even remember how to love or even really like someone. Am I weird? Am I still thinking of you? Meeting you brought back good memories but we are not the we anymore. Mummy keep bringing you up without fail, whether it the place where you stay or the place we been to together before and even people who might look like you... Sometimes I don't know why she wants to do that... Make me more miserable? or maybe she misses you too? I really don't know but its driving me nuts.

I'm not in a rush but people do feel empty sometimes especially when I'm alone or I have no one to go to. ok.. I'm sure the one will come but when? who? I'm super curious.

And, exams results in 9 days. I'm screwed. I'm prepared to face the worst. Last year I was determined to study so that I can have a better life in future but now knowing that I played a little too much, or rather I played too much and exams are so tough. I'm not even sure if I can make it. Please pray for me. At least a 34.

Heading to bed now. Eyes getting tired. Should stop thinking bout random stuff.

Dance practice on Saturday is now 12pm to 4pm which means I have more time for myself to meet up with friends on Saturdays! Last Saturday dance practice for rumba was quite slack and I didn’t even sweat a single bit but for ladies' shine, OMG sweat like mad! We are now left with 3 guys only which is pretty sad case, some quit due to knee and back problem, some due to work and stuff… maybe the main reason is the girls are too heavy for the stunts :_(
Anyways, last Saturday we went to attend Movies in the Park at Fort Canning Park by Class 95. But before heading there, we went for a good dinner at Hot Tomato.

Daddy bought a White iPhone 4 and gave it to me. He's so sweet right? and mine I'll pass it to him. :P

My friends all say that I was the one who snatch the new phone and give him the old one. -___-" I am not that kinda daughter k! I even told him he can use the new one because I don't mind using the old one.

And if you read the news, iPhone 4S and iPhone5 is coming in late september. Oh well... I'm just going to continue using the white one.

I miss having curls. Should I perm soft curls??

I have been neglecting my blog for a long long time and thats because I have been so busy with work and dance that I don't even have time to rest. I work Mondays to Fridays, dance 4 times a week, Monday, Thursday, whole of Saturday and 3 hours on Sundays and rest of the days to catch up with my friends and just to club, I would give up my sleeping and resting time. Phew...! I'll be out 7am in the morning and usually get home around 10pm and later. So yeap.

To celebrate Daddy's Day, we went out for a good meal. Initially wanted to have dinner at this Jap restaurant near the BK but my family went into the wrong place, Asian restaurant. We just order a plate of duck meat and off we go...

Working in KS for 3 weeks now and it has been good I would say. Colleagues are fun and the office is always noisy, not dead silence. I always thought office should e quiet and boring whereby everyone just do their own stuff but this office proved me wrong!

I went to other department and they are so quiet that you gotta try so hard to fart as softly as possible. Haha! My office is so lovely ad I love it! Everyone are so friendly. I'm just really lucky to get this job. :) previously at NUH, I've got good colleagues too.

Anyways my life has been just work and dance. My rumba lesson is starting tomorrow afternoon. My feet are already aching from 8hours dance class today and tomorrow I'll be heading to sentosa for family's day then dance class.

I like it when my life is occupied with activities. It's tough but I love it!
